Megan lay pregnant

In the newest episode of Meghan Markle's podcast Archetypes, the Duchess of Sussex and Mariah Carey opened up about their mixed race identities, and what it means to be biracial. As the two discuss moving through the world as light-skinned biracial women, Meghan shares that the time in her life that has been most focused on her race was when she started dating her now-husband, Prince Harry.

Meghan at first tells Mariah, "I had read this article about Halle Berry, and they were asking her how she felt being treated as a mixed race woman in the world. And her response was her saying, 'well, your experience through the world is how people view you.' So she said because she was darker in color, she was being treated as a Black woman, not as a mixed woman."

She continues, "I think for us, it's very different because we're light skinned. You're not treated as a Black woman. You'r Women married woman.
