WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pepco Holdings, Inc. (PHI), announced the promotion today of Thomas H. Graham to the position of vice president, people strategy & human resources, reporting directly to Joseph M. Rigby, chairman, president and CEO of PHI. In his new role, Graham will be a member of PHI?s executive leadership team. He previously served as president, Pepco region. Graham will officially take over as vice president, people strategy & human resources, effective Aug. 1. Until his successor is named, he will continue as president and primary spokesperson for the Pepco region.
